Dringhouses Primary School is seeking to recruit a team of conscientious, enthusiastic and hardworking cleaners to become valued members of the school team.
The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness around the school and will need to have the following skills/experience:
- Experience of working as a cleaner in schools an advantage
- Experience of using basic cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) procedures
- Ability to demonstrate good organisational skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Sensitive to the needs of others; a supportive colleague and team player
- Willing to work after normal school hours and during school holidays
About this role
- Permanent, Term-Time Only Post (+2 weeks in the summer holidays)
- 16.25hrs per week, 2:45pm-6pm Mon-Fri
- Grade 2, level 1-4, (£9.90 per hour, living wage)
- Closing date: Midnight, Sunday 3rd July 2022
- Interviews will be held on Thursday 7th July 2022
